Comiket 92 Brings Dashing Train Riders, Overnight Campers, & Rain

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

This summer's biggest dōjin event is in full swing with over 150,000 fans descending on Tokyo Big Sight for Comiket 92. Things kicked off early, really early as excited attendees made their way to the first train of the day. Some dashed to get on board amid station employees' warnings not to run. Everyone was in a hurry to get to the venue first, where undoubtedly lines would soon be piling up.

The first visitors disembarked only to find that the line was already approximately 1,500 people deep. Dedicated individuals had camped overnight, despite Comiket staff warning that it was against the rules.

Unfortunately, Friday also brought rain clouds.

Keep checking back for coverage of Comiket 92's first day at Anime News Network!
