3 More Gundam Mobile Suits Go Green as Road Bikes

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Anime News Network's merchandise coverage sponsored by Tokyo Otaku Mode.

Char Aznable is converting more Gundam units into environmentally-friendly road bikes.

The carbon frame and aluminum frame "Zeonic-made Char Exclusive Road Bikes" just shipped via Premium Bandai, so of course it's time to introduce three more variants: Unicorn Gundam, Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee, and Byaku Shiki.

All three are available in both carbon and aluminum frame versions. The carbon frame versions sell for 355,000 yen (US$3,120) each and the aluminum frames sell for 183,000 yen (US$1,608) each.

These road bikes were made courtesy AvanGarage and bare the fictional Anaheim Electronics logo. Anaheim Electronics is a civilian manufacturing company from the Universal Century timeline in the Gundam universe. It is the company behind the creation of the Unicorn Gundam Mobile Suit.
