Yuji Iwahara Draws Newest Addition to Marvel Tsunami line-up, while Mizuki Sakakibara is dropped from Namor.

The newest addition to Marvel's Tsunami line-up, entitled Quest, is being described as a female "version of a Young Indiana Jones or teen Lara Croft." It features Katherine West, the daughter of a famous adventurer who becomes involved in one of her father's "adventures" after he dissapears. Quest is meant to appeal to a girl audience and as such will incorporate elements from shojo Manga, as will otehr future additions to the Tsunami line-up.

Quest is being written by Andi Watson, who is also writting the new Namor series for Tsunami, and drawn by Manga-ka Yuji Iwahara.

Iwahara is releatively unknown in the west as none of his manga have yet to be published here; his Japanese Manga works include Koudelka and Chikyu Misaki.

Meanwhile Mizuki Sakakibara has been dropped as the artist for Tsunami's flagship title, Namor. Sakihabara, who would have been making her professional debut on Namor, has been replaced by Salvador Larroca, an artist well known for his work on Marvel's X-Treme X-Men .

According to Tsunami editor C.B. Cebulski, Sakakibara was dropped in favor of Salvador because Marvel wanted a better-known artist for the important title. Cebulski also states that Sakakibara will be moved to another, unnamed title.
