Otakon 2007 dates announced

Dispeling the various rumors about Otakon moving out of the Baltimore Convention Center for next year, at closing ceremonies, Otakon 2006 chair Jim Vowles announced that for 2007, the convention will return to the BCC. However, the convention dates have been moved up to the weekend of July 20-22. This will be the second-earliest dates Otakon has ever been held, behind only Otakon 6 (July 2-4 1999, also, the first time it was held at the BCC.)
