Chitose Get You!! Anime's Cast, Theme Singers Announced

The July issue of Takeshobo's Manga Life MOMO magazine announced the cast for the Chitose Get You!! television anime series on Monday.
Sayaka Nakaya (Moshidora's Ayano Hōjō, AKB0048's Orine Aida) will star as the titular character Chitose Sakuraba. The rest of the main cast in the series is as follows:
Sora Tokui as Misaki
Mako as Hinako Hiiragi
Wataru Hatano as Hiroshi Kashiwabara
Kotono Mitsuishi as Asako Fuji
Rikako Yamaguchi as Kouhai-sensei
Shinichi Kotani as Shige-san
Nakakya, Tokui, and Mako will also sing the theme song for the series. Kyōichi Miyazaki (Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) will handle the theme song's lyrics and composition.
Takao Sano (chief animation director for Fairy Tail, animation director for Hero Hero-kun) is directing the series and SILVER LINK is handling the animation production.
The anime adapts Etsuya Mashima's four-panel manga. The manga revolves around an energetic elementary school student named Chitose who has a crush on a young town hall worker named Hiroshi. Chitose hassles Hiroshi endlessly. The JManga website is currently hosting the first two volumes of the manga in English.
The anime is scheduled to premiere this July. It will also stream simultaneously for free on the Japanese Nico Nico Douga website.
