Your and My Secret's Morinaga to End Kirara no Hoshi Manga

This year's second issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine will announce this Tuesday that Ai Morinaga's Kirara no Hoshi manga will end on the magazine's third issue on February 13.
Morinaga began serializing Kirara no Hoshi in February 2011, and Kodansha published the 12th compiled volume in September.
In the story, Ayumi is the daughter of a famous actress, but she herself is normal. But then her father suddenly leaves her in charge of his production company—and its 480 million yen debt. In order to pay back the debt, she goes looking for the next big star.
Morinaga's previous manga Your and My Secret was licensed for North America by ADV Manga, and then by Tokyopop and JManga in succession. The manga received a live-action movie in 2006. Del Rey published her My Heavenly Hockey Club in North America in 2007, while Media Blasters published The Gorgeous Life of Strawberry Chan and The Super Cool Life of Strawberry Chan from the same creator. Central Park Media's CPM Manga imprint published her Duck Prince manga.
