Kamen Rider 555 Actor Masayuki Izumi Passes Away

The voice actor agency GIFT announced on Tuesday that actor Masayuki Izumi passed away on the afternoon of July 28. He was 35. His close relatives held a private funeral.
Izumi was born in Arakawa, Tokyo on May 12, 1980. He graduated from the Tokai University College of Engineering.
Izumi landed his debut role as Masayuki Ōuchi in the live-action Gokusen television series in 2002. He played the role of Yuji Kiba/Horse Orphnoch in the 2003 Kamen Rider 555 tokusatsu series, and then reprised the role in the Gekijōban Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost film. His other roles included Kounosuke Shimoyanagi in the live-action Akihabara @ DEEP television series, Kenya Okano in the live-action Liar Game TV series, and Kenji Inoue in various Shin Kasōken no Onna television series and specials.
GIFT revealed in its announcement that Izumi had been under medical care for an unspecified illness.
