The November issue of Shueisha's Jump SQ. magazine and the official website for the stage musical adaptation of the Seraph of the End manga revealed the musical's first visual and the main cast on Saturday.

The original Seraph of the End manga by novelist Takaya Kagami (The Legend of the Legendary Heroes, A Dark Rabbit Has Seven Lives), manga creator Daisuke Furuya, and manga artist Yamato Yamamoto takes place in a world where an unknown virus has killed the entire human population except for children. Those children were then enslaved by vampires. The manga centers on Yūichirō Hyakuya, a human who dreams of becoming strong enough to kill all vampires.

Viz Media publishes the manga in North America. Funimation streamed the first 12 episodes of the Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign television anime as it aired in Japan from April to June.

The second part of the television anime will premiere on October 10. In addition, an original event anime will run during this year's Jump Special Anime Festa tour in November.
