Mamoru Miyano, Hikaru Midorikawa, Daisuke Namikawa Guest-Star in Young Black Jack

Eight voice actors and actresses will play guest characters in the Muzanchō arc of the Young Black Jack television anime, which will run from episode 9 to 11.
Many of these characters were inspired by characters in Dororo and other manga drawn by Osamu Tezuka, the creator of the original Black Jack manga. In particular, Kousei Tomita often plays the mustached Hige-Oyaji character (also known as Shunsaku Ban) when this Tezuka archetype appears in anime. The name of the arc itself is inspired by one of the stories in Dororo.
