Super Short Comics Net Anime's 1st Episode Streamed

The web anime adaptation of Kyū Amekawa's surreal gag manga Super Short Comics premiered on the GYAO! streaming service on Monday. The series will consist of eight short episodes that will air weekly on Mondays from November 2 to December 31. The anime was originally slated for this spring.
Ichirō Mizuki performs both the opening theme "Super Short Time Showtime" and the ending theme "Emily no Inai Yoru" (A Night Without Emily). Other staff involved with the anime include:

- Production: Steve N' Steven

The cast of the anime's first episode includes Kenji Hamada as P.E. Teacher, Shizuka Ishigami as Yumi Fujikawa, and Yūki Kaji as Tanaka. The official website lists the cast members for each of the other seven episodes.
Amekawa publishes the manga on the Comico website.
