Machico Performs Ending Theme For Age 12 Anime's 2nd Season

Sequel series about 12-year-old girl's everyday life premieres on October 3

The official Twitter account for the 12-Sai: Chiccha na Mune no Tokimeki (Age 12: A Little Heart-Pounding) television anime series announced on Saturday that voice actress and singer Machico will perform the ending song "Yūki no Tsubasa" (Wings of Courage) for the anime's second season.

Miyu Yuzuki is writing the lyrics, Takeshi Ike is composing the song, and Motoyoshi Iwasaki in charge of the arrangement. The song's single will ship on November 9.

Machico previously performed the opening theme song for the KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!! anime, and she also voiced roles in the Hundred, GLASSLIP, Three Leaves, Three Colors, World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman, and Yatterman Night anime.

AŌP's new single "ano ne Kimi Dake ni" will serve as the sequel series' opening theme song. The anime will premiere on October 3 on Tokyo MX, and it will also air on AT-X, TV Aichi, TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting, Sun TV, and TV Hokkaido. The anime will also stream on Amazon Prime Video.

12-Sai: Chiccha na Mune no Tokimeki (Age 12: A Little Heart-Pounding) adapts Nao Maita's original manga, which begins with Hanabi, a sixth-grade girl who is neither an adult nor a child. She deals with issues such as accidentally witnessing her homeroom teacher kissing, and worrying about experiencing physiological changes before her friends. The manga depicts a 12-year-old girl's innocent worries and first love.

The first 12-episode season aired from April to June. The new season will feature a new character named Inaba Mikami. Inaba is boy from a different school, but who goes to the same cram school as Yui. He is nice to girls and is popular with them, and is a friend to everybody.
