Manga about young man with "Ubermale" gene launched on August 22
This year's 50th issue of Sheisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine will publish the final chapter of Ryōhei Yamamoto's Love Rush! manga on Monday. The 50th issue notes that Shueisha will publish manga's first volume in December, and the second volume in January.
Yamamoto launched the manga in this year's 38th issue, which shipped on August 22. Viz Media previewed the manga's first three chapters as part of its "Jump Start" initiative, then added the manga to its weekly lineup. Viz Media describes the series:
Throughout Shonen Jump history, romantic male leads have had a tough go of it. Mostly, their problems arise due to the manga malady known as "clulessness." But this time around, hapless Reiji Hakuba is all too aware of his burden ... the Ubermale gene! Thanks to this medical anomaly, females from all over can't help falling in love with him! Even nonhuman ones!
Yamamoto previously serialized the E-ROBOT series in Weekly Shonen Jump from November 2014 to February 2015. Viz Media published the first three chapters of the series in English.
