2nd film in series based on HoneyWorks songs opened in Japan in December

Philippine cinema chain SM Cinema announced on Wednesday that it will screen the Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan o: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai (The Moment You Fall in Love) anime film beginning on April 5. Odex is distributing the film in the Philippines.

Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan o: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai opened in Japan in December. The film debuted at #9 in the Japanese box office in its opening weekend.

The "Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai ~Renai Series~" anime project adapts the stories of Vocaloid songs by HoneyWorks from their Zutto Mae Kara Suki Deshita album. Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan o: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai is the second film in the project. The film shares the same title as the musical group's third and latest album, which it released in July 2015, and is based on the songs "Ima Suki ni Naru" (I'm Falling in Love Now) and "Sankaku Jealousy" (Triangle Jealousy).

As with the first film, Tetsuya Yanagisawa (High School DxD, Blade Dance of the Elementalers) directed the film at Qualia Animation off scripts by Yoshimi Narita (HappinessCharge PreCure!, Beet the Vandel Buster). Maki Fujii (Blade Dance of the Elementalers, Pupa) served as character designer and chief animation director.

The first film, Zutto Mae Kara Suki Deshita: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai, opened in Japan last April. The films will get a television anime special.
