Magical Girl Site Horror Manga Gets TV Anime in 2018

The wraparound jacket band on Kentarō Satō's seventh Magical Girl Site (Mahō Shōjo Site) manga volume is revealing on Friday that a television anime adaptation of the manga has been green-lit for next year. The manga is also transferring from Akita Shoten's Champion Tap! manga website to the publisher's Weekly Shōnen Champion print magazine.
Akita Shoten's Bessatsu Shōnen Champion magazine teased in August that Satō's Magical Girl Apocalypse manga would have an important announcement on Friday.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga and it describes the story:
Asagiri Aya is a young girl who has fallen victim to bullies at her school. Looking for a way to escape her troubles, she looks to the Internet for distraction, when a mysterious website called “Magical Girl Site” appears. Simply viewing the page is all it takes to hurtle Aya headlong into the deadly world of the Magical Girl Apocalypse. There, it's fight or die, against a seemingly endless array of savagely adorable, frilly-skirted killing machines, each armed with magical powers and an unquenchable thirst for blood and chaos.
The Magical Girl Site (Mahō Shōjo Site) horror manga is from the creator of the Magical Girl Apocalypse series. Magical Girl Site launched in Champion Tap! in July 2013. Seven Seas Entertainment released the manga's first volume on February 21.
Satō launched the Magical Girl Apocalypse manga in Bessatsu Shōnen Champion's first issue in June 2012, and ended it on August 12. Akita Shoten published the manga's 15th and final compiled book volume on July 7. Seven Seas Entertainment released the 12th volume on July 4.
