Ace Attorney Anime's English Dub Clip Previews 1st Case

BD/DVD ships January 23

Funimation began streaming a clip from its English dub of the Ace Attorney anime on Monday. The clip, from the anime's first case, features Eric Vale as Phoenix, Colleen Clinkenbeard as Mia, Kent Williams as the judge, Josh Martin as Larry, Gregory Lush as Winston Payne, and Ben Phillips as Frank Sahwit.

The cast includes:

Funimation will release the first Blu-ray Disc/DVD home video combo pack for the anime on January 23.

The series premiered in April 2016. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Ayumu Watanabe (Space Brothers, Doraemon films) directed the series at A-1 Pictures, and Atsuhiro Tomioka (Pokémon XY, Trinity Blood) handled series composition. Kaoru Wada (Inuyasha, Princess Tutu) composed the music, and Keiko Ōta (Hyakko) designed the characters.
