Kodansha Comics publishes manga digitally in English

The official website for Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine revealed on Thursday that Jun Yuzuki's The Prince's Black Poison (Ōji-Sama ni wa Doku ga Aru.) manga will end in four chapters after the magazine's February issue on Saturday. If there are no delays, the manga will end on May 13.

Kodansha Comics is releasing the manga in English digitally, and it describes the manga:

Rizu's childhood friend Souta-kun has always been super cute but also just a little helpless, so she's taken it upon herself to take care of him. Little does she know, that Souta-kun is only a facade! No scheme is too extravagant—Souta-kun will stop at nothing to keep her to himself.

Yuzuki launched the manga in Bessatsu Friend in May 2015, and Kodansha published the manga's ninth volume on Thursday. The manga's 10th volume will ship in June 2019. The manga has 1.4 million copies in print.

Yuzuki's previous series Gakuen Prince and Rose & Wolf series also ran in Bessatsu Friend, and Yuzuki ended those manga in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

Random House's Del Rey Manga imprint published three of Gakuen Prince's 12 volumes in North America in 2009. JManga published the series on its website until the site closed in 2013.
