Alice in Borderland Released on Monday

On Monday, July 4, MVM will release Alice in Borderland on Blu-ray, carrying the three episodes of the OAV series. MVM describes the story:
"Ryohei Arisu is bored with life. Then Ryohei and his friends, Daikichi and Chōta, see what seems to be an incredibly powerful firework in the sky, brighter than any shooting star, and when they can see again, they discover that they're in an entirely new reality. Trapped in a post-apocalyptic environment where the only way to survive is to compete in a series of increasingly deadly games, Ryohei and his friends have no Chōice except to adapt or perish."
The cast includes Yoshimasa Hosoya as Ryōhei Arisu, Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Daikichi Karube, Tsubasa Yonaga as Chōta Segawa, and Maaya Sakamoto as Saori Shibuki. Hideki Tachibana (Dragon Crisis!, H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~) directed the anime at SILVER LINK and CONNECT from scripts by Ryosuke Nakamura (Aiura, Mirage of Blaze). Tomoko Sudo (Welcome to THE SPACE SHOW, Wagnaria!! key animation) designed the characters, and Kazuya Iwai (Hatsukoi Limited, Bakuman.) was the director of photography. Masanori Tsuchiya was in charge of sound effects, and Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Meganebu!, Blue Spring Ride) composed the soundtrack.
Funimation will release a standard DVD edition of the 2011 series Ben-To.
Funimation will also release a standard DVD of the 2010 series Cat Planet Cuties.
Finally, Funimation will also release a standard DVD edition of the 2011 series Freezing.
