Muse Asia began streaming the anime of Akihito Tsukushi's Made in Abyss manga on YouTube on Sunday. The channel will stream new episodes daily at 6:30 p.m. IST.

Alongside India, the anime is streaming in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Pakistan.

Muse Asia describes the story:

In a world that has seen its every corner explored, the huge chasm called the "Abyss" stands as the last unknown frontier. Within this deep pit, the ultimate depth of which is still unknown, strange creatures live among valuable sleeping relics that today's human technology is unable to reproduce. The mysterious formation that is the Abyss mesmerizes people and urges them to venture inside. These adventurers, who continue to challenge the Abyss time and time again, have come to be known as "cave raiders." In the city of Orth, which has taken rise at the edge of the Abyss, lives an orphan named Riko. She dreams of someday becoming a legendary cave raider like her mother and of unraveling the mysteries of the Abyss. One day while Riko is cave raiding in the Abyss, she comes across a robot who looks like a human boy...

Muse Asia will stream Made in Abyss: Retsujitsu no Ōgonkyō (Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun), the second television anime season, on YouTube starting on July 6 at 8:00 p.m. IST.

The first 13-episode television anime series premiered in Japan in July 2017. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series and released it on Blu-ray Disc in October 2018.
