My Hero Academia Anime Airs in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam on Cartoon Network India

Television channel streams Hindi trailer for anime's 1st season on YouTube

Cartoon Network India confirmed on Monday that it will stream the anime based on Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia manga with Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam dubs. The television channel began streaming a Hindi trailer for the anime's first season on YouTube on the same day.

Cartoon Network's Indian Facebook page teased the anime in a post on August 7.

The anime's first 13-episode season premiered in April 2016. The 25-episode second season premiered in April 2017, and the third season premiered in April 2018 and ran for 25 episodes. The fourth season premiered in Japan in October 2019, and aired for 25 episodes. A two-episode original video anime for the franchise streamed in Japan in August 2020. The show's fifth season premiered in Japan in March 2021, and aired for 25 episodes. A new two-episode original video anime screened in Japan in June 2022.

The sixth season of My Hero Academia premiered in October 2022. The season aired for two continuous cours (quarter of a year) for a total of 25 episodes. Netflix streamed the season in India as it aired in Japan. Crunchyroll is streaming an English dub of the season. The Hollywood Critics Association's nominated the season for its 2023 TV Awards under the "Best Streaming Animated Series or TV Movie" category.

The anime is getting a seventh season.

Kōhei Horikoshi launched the manga series in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2014. The manga's 38th compiled book volume shipped in Japan on June 2. Viz Media publishes the manga in English digitally and in print in North America. Shueisha's MANGA Plus service also publishes the manga in English digitally.
