Grand Rapids Comic-Con Reschedules My Hero Academia Villains Gathering For April 9-11

The Grand Rapids Comic-Con has rescheduled three-quarters of the "My Hero Academia" villains gathering for the April 9-11 show at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Kellen Goff (voice of Overhaul), Leah Clark (Himiko Toga), and E. Jason Liebrecht (Dabi) will all be in attendance at the April 9-11 show. Eric Vale (Shigaraki) was also part of the reunion originally scheduled at the now-cancelled November 13-15, 2020, dates, but unfortunately could not attend the rescheduled dates due to another commitment.

"We were very happy to be able to reschedule this grouping as we know it will be very popular with our younger and anime crowd," said event director and co-owner Mark Hodges. "'My Hero Academia' is a huge show in the anime field and we are pleased to be able to bring such a great grouping of talent from that show to Grand Rapids. Unfortunately Eric (Vale) could not join us, but he will attend the November 12-14 show at the DeVos Place so fans will be able to get the opportunity to meet him at that show."

Also scheduled to appear at the April 9-11 show will be Jim Winburn, who portrayed Michael Myers in the original Halloween (1978) as well as David Hasselhoff's stunt double in the original "Knight Rider" TV series.

The next Grand Rapids Comic-Con will be held on April 9-11 at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids, Michigan. For more information visit www.grcomiccon.com.
