JILUKA Makes Their US Debut at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2023
Los Angeles, CA - Japanese Visual Kei and Metal band JILUKA has announced the group's US debut this fall at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2023 in Atlanta, GA.
Anime Weekend Atlanta will be held at the Renaissance Waverly and Cobb Galleria Centre from October 26-29, 2023. AWA is the southeast US's largest anime convention and regularly hosts major Japanese music artists as well as Visual Kei and Japanese Rock bands every year. While JILUKA is AWA's first musical guest announcement for 2023, additional musical acts are planned to be announced in the coming weeks. JILUKA, formed in 2013, consists of members Ricko (vocals), Sena (guitar), Boogie (bass), and Zyean (drums). A Metal-focused Visual Kei band, they are known for their technical and intense sound which they have dubbed Electro Gothic Metal (EGM). Their latest single, “OVERKILL”, was released in February 2023 and can be streamed on all major digital platforms. AWA marks the group's first performance in North America.
In addition to performing at AWA, the band will host a Q&A panel, autograph sessions, and photo sessions throughout the weekend. Information on JILUKA VIP passes and special perks will be announced at a later date.
