J-Novel Club LLC Expands into Europe with JNC Nina

(Berlin, Germany – 15 October 2023) – J-Novel Club LLC, the largest publisher of digital light novel content in English, is excited to announce its new expansion into the European market with JNC Nina! From today, light novel fans will be able to subscribe for weekly installments of new light novel translations in French and German from across Europe!

What is JNC Nina?

JNC Nina isn't just another publisher. It's a community. For just 5,49€ (including VAT) per month or 60€ per year, readers can subscribe to the JNC Nina website (and upcoming app), providing access to the newest parts of our series, including a mix of known hits and the freshest new titles from Japan. Members also get access to a discussion forum and the JNC Discord server, where they can discuss what they're reading and hang out with their fellow fans!

How does it work?

Upon completion, the streamed books are compiled into full volumes and released for digital retail (approximately two weeks after the end of streaming). These ebooks can be purchased from all major ebook outlets including Amazon, Thalia/Tolino Consortium (Germany), Fnac (France), and more. All JNC Nina light novels are priced at 799 coins on-site/~7,99€, with variations based on local VAT rates. JNC Nina ebooks can also be purchased directly from jnc-nina.eu (or in the upcoming app) by members - subscription not required - with the added bonus of direct purchases being 100% compatible with all major e-reader apps and devices with no digital lockouts.

Following retail release, the first part of each book remains free to read for everyone - members and non-members alike - but the rest of the book is turned off from streaming. These parts - and the parts from all remaining books - can be rented with in-app/on-site coins.

What about print?

JNC Nina is a 100% digital publisher and will not be directly offering print releases of our titles. However, we are working with local partners to release a limited selection of our catalog for print.
