So girls version of Yowapeda but in highschool and without Bakuon's insane idea of motorcycles........This feels like a weird fusion.

I don't know exactly what this story about, but Yowamushi Pedal is a sports manga about bicycle RACING (specifically, road racing). So calling it a female Yowapeda is only accurate if the girls are actually racing.
If its Bakuon with bicycles, then it's another just cute girls doing things cutely moe otaku bait show. |

I see plenty of female cyclists decked with road bike and cycling clothing near my house, so I'm not too crazy about anime cycling girls.
