For the record, these all happen to be titles released by Manga in the UK and were all added exactly 2 years earlier (as were the titles that were removed in November) which means we can probably expect Gunslinger Girl to come off next January for example.

In other recent Netflix news, they've re-added Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty (season 2) - a Kazé (née Viz Media Europe) title previously distributed by Manga UK but possibly OOP since only Guilty is currently available in stores.

do you think Manga UK lost the licence to these shows as well and that's why they are being removed?

i think all they release right now are Naruto, Dragon Ball and One Piece well it seems like they do

a shame really they use to be so big

It simply appears that they negotiated a strict 2 year deal with Netflix for them. The titles are all from different licencors and licensed at different times, so Manga can't have lost them all at the same time.

Apart from the titles you name, upcoming releases from Manga in the next few months are:
Digimon Adventure Tri
Ghost in the Shell, Innocence and the SAC OVAs
Samurai Warriors
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! Heart Throb
DRAMAtical Murder
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

Also from Animatsu are:
Beyond the Boundary Movies
Kinmoza
Triage X
