"Fate/Extella franchise"???? I'm pretty sure that's still Fate/Extra franchise, why would Extella suddenly become a franchise of it's own if it's already a part of Extra franchise which is a part of Fate series and all of that is a part of the Nasuverse.

What is this franchise-ception?!??!?

Nice. I enjoyed Extella and am curious to see another game following up on that. They certainly ended it in a way that they could continue into future games. Bring on more I say.

I sincerly hope that this time there's diversity in enemy types. Oh, and I even more hope that your allies aren't useless this time around. In the first game it was very annoying to constantly run away to babysit one of your bases.

probably because it was not until estella where nero completely stole artoria's role in canon

Well it was already obvious that Nero is te main heroine of Extra series. Arturia was added to Extella only because of fanservice.
Still doesn't justify why Extella shouuld it's own side-series now xP

What is this feeling? Reading this article, suddenly I'm getting this premonition that all of the Extra and Extella games are about to get a PC port.

Extella was already ported to PC. Extra and CCC are PSP games and those usually don't get touched for the same reason almost no one ports 3DS games to PC: too outdated looking. It doesn't help that CCC was never localized and Extra was done under a non-Marvelous publisher.
