Second season? Strange, I can't find much information on the first season. The anime is not even listed on MAL.

Sounds like a fun way to finally learn about all the temples though.

Because it wasn't really anime, it was the guide on the real-life temples using real filming - and with just slightly animated girls, like sprite-based after ending parts of Tales of Zestiria/Touken Ranbu.

Ahh, false advertizing Sad no wonder they were able to produce so many episodes.
I'd love to see a fully animated version, otherwise I don't know how much enjoyment I'd get out of high-pitched voices explaining stuff to me with a too-real and serious backdrop. Too much of a disconnect.
