Why the news is still saying the screenings outside Japan haven't been decided yet? It'll be out on October 31 in Italy, there's even a trailer in Italian:

Properly since the movie properly aimed at Japanese audience for the most part. The company putting it out is trying conserve money. I don't think it's going come out for the West for maybe 6 months to year later. That how this usually goes.
