I did not expect a Fate spin-off cooking series. I guess they summon servants for the kitchen then. I will check it out when it gets a dub hopefully. If it does not get a dub I will watch the sub.

It's already on Crunchyroll! Shiro cooks for Saber while other Fate/Stay Night characters drop by to eat and hang out with them. The concept doesn't really make a whole lot of sense if you think too hard - all the servants are there, hanging out, no one trying to kill each other, but they're still Heroic Spirits - but it's a sweet, relaxing show. I look forward to it every month.

They haven't shown Archer's face in the show so far, and Shiro's face is obscured in the new visual. Does that mean going forward it's going to be about Archer cooking?

uh that's the sub version on crunchyroll since they have the streaming license, but NOT the distribution license.

there IS NO DUB VERSION for the series as of yet let alone that its been licensed by any US anime studios. though considering that its another spinoff and not related to the Fate universe, its more than likely that sentai will end up licensing the series in the future since they have already got the prisma illya pretty much rapped in their fingers! that and aniplex of japan didn't had any involvement in its production unlike with unlimited blade works, heaven's feel and fate apocrypha.
