It reminds me a lot of Bincho-tan. Too bad we never got that one on Region 1.

I've seen it--all of it. An adorable story of a moe chunk of anthropomorphic charcoal. Arguably one of the top five widget series of all time, right along with Potemayo (now that's a series I'd pay for; all hail Guchuko! Cool )

As for Hakumei and Mikochi, it's already on pre-order. My wife loves small and cute, and she fell in love with the teaser months ago.

Shannon Reed can be pretty hit and miss when it comes to his casting and voice direction but this sounds fairly decent going off just the trailer. I'll check out the full product in time.

If she loved the teaser, I think that she'll definitely enjoy the series! Despite its March 19 release date, the bluray is already out. I pre-ordered it from Sentai in January, but actually received the bluray Monday afternoon.

Agreed. There could still be hope though. because we're finally getting Manabi Straight after 12 years since its original air date in Japan.
