The idea behind this story seems interesting enough for me to want to give the manga try if I can get access to it. Exploring a family dynamic such as a relationship between a siblings-in-laws could lead to insights that are not seen as often (at least from my experience).

Almost thought she was his Cute Mommy before I clicked on the actual article.
Before Minase Akiko (of Kanon ), Anime Moms used to look their proper age: Thanks to the popularity of Akiko's heartwarmingly-adorable "big sister" character design, every Anime Mom has to look as young-and-cute as their eldest daughters. 
Nowadays, voice-acting and clothing is the only way to tell an Adorable Mom and Adorable Big Sister apart, and sometimes even that dosen't work.
