Always nice to see ANN report on Kamen Rider but...

The only relevant info., at least for those of us in the West, is why isn't Kamen Rider getting a current season subbed simulcast like Tsuburaya does for Ultraman?

And, are more recent seasons prohibitively expensive for Shout! Factory?

From what I understand, Shout Factory has to negotiate for every series they want to bring over and I wouldn't be surprised if others licensors are bidding as well. I would love more Kamen Rider make it over to the States

I’m not too surprised at the disconnect. Tsuburaya is fresh off that lawsuit and wants to to go in on international products head first. (I legitimately would not be surprised
If, if they survive all this, Legendary Films makes an Ultraman movie). Toei never had that problem.
