While season 3 is more for otaku then regular people (I had to explain the pop idol part to some of my friends and family) I still think it was a good season. Granted the weakest one. That said I think it still has one more good season in it. Here's hoping they go out with a banger like Bojack Horseman.

I never got the impression season 3 was more for otaku. It definitely had some characters who were hardcore idol otaku, but it was more from the perspective of the idols themselves (especially once Retsuko became part of the group). Idol singers are really more of a general Japanese thing than just an otaku thing. That said, looking forward to another season! |
