^GKIDS’ site shows it’s available for preorder on Google Play and Apple TV. I’m sure it will be on most platforms once it comes out.

Places like Amazon Prime Video along with what the previous post said and probably some others. It likely will start out only available via digital purchase, at least for the first couple of weeks, and then after be available for digital rent.

Cool! That's sooner than I expected! Guess it's a good thing I missed out on its theater run in favor of Sing a Bit of Harmony. I thought Belle as a movie was just okay, but I might buy the DVD and watch the dub, as I hear it's really good.
