I hope they include the first three gens of Pokémon, too. It'd be nice to play Gold/Silver/Crystal on the TV my Switch is docked to.

It would be amazing to have this announced during Pokemon Day, won't lie. I bought the rest of the Gen 1 & 2 games I was missing a bit ago on my 3DS when they announced that the eShop was shutting down, but I'd love to be able to play them on the Switch as I play that more often than my 3DS.

If they do, hopefully there will be a way to connect the games to Pokemon Home in the future, although I fear that might not be the case. I'm also rather curious if, for the future release of Pokemon TCG, they'll be figuring in a way to make Card Pop! work between Switches, but since they didn't allow for that to work for the 3DS port, I doubt it'll be something the Switch can do as well.

Also rather excited to see Fire Emblem listed for a future GBA title, as I haven't played that one in so long and would love to play it again. In addition, I hope it might mean that Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones may also make its way over, as that's my favorite Fire Emblem game and while I own it on Virtual Console for the Wii U, I'd love to actually play it on my Switch.

The GBA games and particularly Golden Sun being added has finally convinced me that I need to get a Switch Online Expansion subscription.

I'll second this. I never owned a Gameboy Advance so it would be nice to finally be able to play the Gen III games.

It would be lovely if Nintendo brought back Virtual Console to give those of us not interested in paying for subscription services just to play decades-old games the option of buying each game individually.
