I'm pretty sure that picture represents a female boxer, not Ippo. If anything, it's probably a likeness of Emiko Raika.

screw them, nobody goes for promotional support for Grappler Baki, the fact is that is a more interesting series than hajime no ippo (Fighting related, that's it)

They have women boxing in Japan? Interesting. The poster reminds me something out of 'Air Master'.
And for a second I thought that they were making a female boxing anime. I wonder if there is one. |
