I sure hope this differs from the nonsense that is American comics and they adhere to the same guidelines and QC as WSJ.

Any participants better read the fine print very carefully.

Checked the website and can't even find the ToS for the submissions regarding rights, only Viz's general one.
Edit; If we have to rely on their general ToS, this bit might apply at least for now;
