There's no way they'd be able to get it all, unless they're hoping for the adult equivalent of Doraemon. So I'm guessing key episodes, right? Anyway, I hope Dezaki directs again.

Holy shit!
First Cobra now G13? Can't wait for this. Wouldn't mind seeing the crew behind Cowboy Bebop on it if Dezaki isn't available. Also, as I understand it, isn't there a new Mazinger Z series coming? 2008 is shaping up to be an entertaining time for long time fans. Now if only we could see more on that Rose of Versailles movie I keep hearing rumblings about... |

I had earlier posted this information on the New Announced Anime thread on the Unaired forum at the Anime**** website which, due to ANN policy, I cannot linked to.
Rumors of a Golgo 13 television anime series had been floating around Japan's huge 2ch forums the past few days. As usual, 2ch posters questioned the authenticity of such rumors without sources. A day or so ago, a 2ch poster provided a link to the front cover of the January 10, 2008 issue of Big Comic. It confirmed the rumor. I then visited the Big Comic official website myself and supplied a link in my post at the other anime website to the web page which includes the front cover. |

Coolness! Mazinger Z, Space Adventure Cobra and now Golgo 13... 2008 is shaping up as a good year for anime revivals.

Alot of the classics have been good, only thing that's been preventing to get the true recognition are those who don't even bother checking out the roots of anime, like those who forget the roots of alot of music.

Hmmm... I wonder if this means that Golgo 13 is going to end
manga wise soon? FINALLY a Golgo 13 tv series, but will it be one shot story or a continuing story line? I am hoping the later. Now if we only can get more Berserk animated.. LOL |

Considering the recent upswing of popularity for well-done and 'darker' adult-oriented anime, I'm quite pleased to see Golgo get a shot. Just one shot though. PING. |

I believe it would be a crime not to continue the anime ver. of Berserk. The Manga is very intense,as well as the PS2 game. |
