Finally, at least we now know that we only have to wait a year for the game. As for the game itself, I know it's just the second trailer and SNK is still working, but it looks fine, I don't expect it to look as detailed as Guilty Gear Strive and I think a realistic look like Street Fighter 6 wouldn't fit the Fatal Fury aesthetic, especially since the original Mark of the Wolves had a very expressive sprite art. I'm also glad that it seems that SNK included elements from the canceled MoW sequel for the Neo-Geo in this game, like Terry's diagonal Rising Tackle which was in the leaked sprite sheet and also the inclusion of Joe Higashi's apprentice. I hope that SNK manages to include all of the original MoW characters and some characters from previous Fatal Fury games we haven't seen in a while like Rick Strowd and Li Xiangfei.
I was also surprised that this is the first SNK game in ages dubbed into English, I know that KoF XII or XIII were meant to have English voices, since people found voice files in the game's code, but it seems they weren't done by professional VAs after hearing them. I suppose SNK wants City of the Wolves to have a similar presentation like other Japanese fighting games like Street Fighter and Guilty gear. For my part, I'd love to see SNK including Latin American Spanish and Portuguese dubs as well, considering how popular SNK's games are here, but I think one of SNK's producers mentioned that Fatal Fury had more fans in the U.S. while KoF was a bigger series in Latin America and I know that dubbing games into various languages is difficult and expensive, the modern Mortal Kombat games are the only fighting games dubbed into several languages, including Neutral Spanish, while Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul and the last two Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games are the only Japanese fighting games dubbed into Neutral Spanish and Portuguese

Kind of wondering how they'll redesign Mai.

Although it's good SNK finally caught up as far as 3D graphics go, it's an unfortunate side effect that their games now look very samey, so I was wondering how they'd differentiate this. The answer seems to be a whole bunch of comic book filters and special effects.

I'll wait patiently to see how this pans out.

Based on who was used, those seemed to be dubs recorded in Japan with English speaking voice actors. They typically aren't actually bad actors, it's just means that the direction is being handled on Japan's end and that doesn't always go so well.
