I certainly hope so but I'm not sure an episode count has been provided yet.

I rather have that they focus on quality. Take MHA as example. I love the original fairy tail however the quality of the anime was sometimes dropped to slideshows specifically in the last 2 seasons.

Edens Zero has the same character designer, so I'm already used to these designs, and it gives us a good idea of how they'll look in animation. Plus I'm not the biggest fan of the manga's art for the old characters; it's a different illustrator than Mashima who aims to mimic Mashima's style instead of using his own, but doesn't always land it quite right.

J.C.Staff is doing this one, so it might be a seasonal anime with double cours (24-26 episodes) per season.

The first thing that I would want to see with the 100 Years Quest anime is to have quality over quantity. The past anime adaptations from Hiro Mashima's works (Rave, Fairy Tail, and Edens Zero) had their cons which include having drastic and omitted changes from the source material, slideshow/lackluster animation, continuity errors, as well as censorship. For the 100 Years Quest anime, I hope the producers have learned their lessons and will make an immense improvement to the anime. If an animation studio J.C. Staff plays a major part in the production committee, then it would not only give them creative freedom but to create a level of faithfulness towards the source material immensely and bring the true quality of this anime to life. I'm also hoping for all the English dub actors to make a return. Without our beloved voice actors for both the Japanese and English dubs, then it wouldn't be the anime that we know in love today. With all things considered, I want the 100 Years Quest anime to give it its all and make it the best anime adaptation it could ever be. Plus, I still would love to see the Fairy Tail OVAs 1 to 9 get a Blu-Ray Box release, then have it released overseas, and then have an English dub one day. Especially if they could make a new OVA maybe.

Are you judging this based on one small promo image?

Well, considering this is the same staff returning from Eden's Zero anime, at least it will be better than most of the FT anime simply by having Kenichiro Aoki.

Yeah... not a fan of Lucy's design, everybody is perfectly proportioned, but she looks like she is not wearing a bra and is 2 sizes bigger than normal.

Her shoulders are too thin too.
