Haha, that's pretty cute. From the style, I guess it's not Urasawa. Does this look at all like what Ujiko-Ujio would do? (And does it have anything to do with Doraemon? o.O)

I thought those characters stopped working on this to do a manga about Kenji (or, at one point, they were going to do it about Otcho).

Is it possible that it's a real mangaka who just wanted to use that pen name? And is it really a spin-off?

Even if it's not a spin-off, it's at least a homage to Urasawa although in a kind of roundabout way. Very Happy
