Before people can post about how the manga sky is falling, let me slip this comment in:
I love it!! The manga market is going through some much-needed consolidation right now, and we are benefiting. All of the good mangas are headed to each company's flagship publication, and the crappy ones that feature endless high-school boys faceplanting into overly-large breasts are getting cut. Just this past week, I picked up a copy of Monthly Shonen Gangan, only to find a dual Fullmetal Alchemist / Juushin Enbu cover. I want more stuff like that! |
