I was under the impression they were running serials by King Gonta and Kiba Kouichi, but can't find anything about either on their website. Fire King is pretty [expletive] amazing - all the energy of Souten Kouro, but with the imaginative richness of Little Nemo. Kiba Kouichi's book I know nothing about, but he's well past overdue for another hit. Oh well; if it got canceled, maybe he'll finally finish that novel. |
