I kinda feel like Doreamon has the Zoolander effect going for it.
That is to say, shortly after 9/11, the Ben Stiller comedy Zoolander did quite well at the box office due to the fact that it was a light comedy being released to an audience that just underwent a tragedy. I feel like the same thing occurred with Doreamon. |
