Ooo, nicely done Right Stuf.

I can see this one being a pre-order for me.

As much as I love this show, it reminded me also how much I hate releases so slow. 4 years is a huge time frame

Haven't had the chance to buy this the first time, looks like now is a good time Smile
I wonder if RightStuf could distribute all the Gundam series.

You always gotta wonder. If this first one works out well for both Sunrise and Nozomi, then maybe other series can follow.

Oh, and my full price Unicorn blu-rays started laughing at me when I told them about this upcoming dvd release.

You roll the dice on what you buy and when, I guess.

Part 3 (eps 5,6) will be this fall. Part 4 (ep 7+featurettes/extras) we are hoping to be very close to the Japanese release in Spring 2014.

YES! Very Happy

I've seen up to Episode 5, mostly at Anime Expo, one episode per year. It will be great to be able to buy the entire series on plain ol' DVDs (don't have a Blu-ray player).

GLORY HALLELUJAH!!!!

Words cannot express how much I love RightStuf right now. Their releases are excellent AND inexpensive. You can tell they actually care about the fans. Their products are also easy to find at many different retailers. I really hope they get into licensing more anime and manga, to compete with everyone else. RightStuf, if you're reading this, know you have a fan right here! Very Happy

Hopefully the rest of Bandai/Sunrise's titles are rescued soon (preferably by RightStuf...).

Yes! I hope this is a sign of more Gundam licenses from Right Stuf. I regret not picking up missing sets before Bandai closed shop. Sad

This has certainly been the best news I have heard about a Gundam franchise here in America since those trailers for a release of Turn A in Autumn 2011. I had all but given up hope to buy all of UC on DVD when Bandai had disappeared.

Bless you, RightStuf... This has made my day.

Good. I can actually finish my collection. Was worried I'd be left hanging with just the two DVDs Bandai released.

Not even close to Giant Robo's time frame. And nothing is close to Black Jack's if we're talking lower number of episodes versus years gone by.

Easy, because it's the DVD and not the BluRay. Bandai can give ef all about the DVDs, they know their Japanese otaku base won't be reverse importing those.

Like I said in the Retail section, I missed the Bandai release so this news makes me very very happy. So thank you Rightstuf!

This is also making me hope that Turn A will get released on dvd/BR one day as well.
