OMG I'm so fricking excited. I love Sinbad's manga it's really cool and gives a whole new perspective to the Magi manga. Like how spoiler[Sinbad's relationship with Yunan is portrayed so differently in both mangas that makes you wonder what happened between them.] I also love seeing more of the generals that don't get that much screentime in the original (spoiler[Drakon and Hinahoho, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Pisti and Spartos if/when they show up)]. Also, spoiler[tiny psychopath Ja'far] is adorable. I ship SinJa badly, so I'm also really looking forward to seeing how things will roll with them.

I don't think there's enough manga material to warrant a full blown anime series, so I imagine they'll just make a sort of OVA of spoiler[the first dungeon story] for now, but I really hope this eventually leads to one

Edit: BTW, I can't imagine OnoD playing a kid's voice. I wonder how that'll work out.

Ooh, this is exciting! I love this spin-off and can't wait to see it animated! Very Happy

Can Ono get his voice high enough to play a kid? We'll see! xD

Awesome!!!! I saw that the official Magi Twitter account said something about a big announcement during yesterday's airing but I didn't get home til today. This must be what they were talking about. How exciting!!! I'm looking forward to the second volume of the manga and of course the anime too! It's great that OnoD will still be voicing Sinbad. =DDD
