As mentioned before "Black Rayquaza" is supposed to be something more like "black Rayquaza", pointing to "black" as a description, not as a name. As is usual with shiny Pokemon.

As I mentioned before, as long as the Japanese official website lists this name, I will keep it this way. When Pokemon of America decides to translate this movie, it can be changed to what they translate it to. I want to keep it as official as possible. :3 I hope you understand. |

And as I said before, 黒いメガレックウザ is a description of Mega Rayquaza, not a name. They don't use kanji for character or Pokemon names. It's the same thing they did for Nobunaga's Rayquaza from NnY+PKMN (Pokemon Conquest) and the shiny dogs for the Zoroark film. I only wish to clarify this because there are some popular database sites out there that copy news stories, mistakes and all, and a lot of other people tend to make simple mistakes based on the grammar--especially from those sites. |

So to stop the Legendary Pokemon from fighting Hoopa brought more legendaries to fight them.
I felt Kinda bad when Palkia tackled Lugia they're my two favourites of the bunch. |

Good luck. You're gonna need it if you can tolerate Meowth's voice. I know he's a cat and all but what Godless bastard chose that raspy voice for him? Regarding the dub, Nathan Price should never have been replaced. |

It's a shame there's no 100% legal way to do so, considering the fact that XY's soundtrack has been almost completely changed for the English dub (which seems to have been a deciding factor in ruining the show for more dub-watchers than I wish to count... Is it really that bad?). And the English dub is quite cheaply made, which really stinks because XY has now situated itself as my favorite Pokemon season overall for quality writing, directing, and animation, and it's shown me the most potential, beyond that of D&P. I feel doubtless that its ending can supass D&P's ending by a long shot, which is quite surpising to even myself. |

Yes, Satoshi was named after Tajiri Satoshi, the accepted creator of the concept of the franchise. His first rival, Shigeru (Gary), was named after Miyamoto Shigeru, too. |

You could say that about the dub voices in general. I particularly don't like how Citron and Serena sound about four times their age. Not many of the actors really seem to try to hide the fact they're in their 40s and above. It's a problem I notice with a lot of child characters in English productions. Though Juno016's comments on the music are sad to hear. I only saw one episode of the dub to check it out, but replacing music is always one of the biggest pet peeves. XY in particular has a really amazing soundtrack, especially the OP and ED themes. -Stuart Smith |
