Ah, the final part of the trilogy. I'm really looking forward to see how they conclude this saga and that key visual looks nice based on its contents.

Considering the first two parts weren't as good as the first season, I hope part three will at least bring this show to average. Also, I learned my lesson from part two's key visual...it's a ruse to get us hyped. The cool Mikado with the biker googles never happened Sad

DRRRx2 will never be good unless there's gonna be a KO punch from Shizou to the crappy Izaya.

Technically it's not a trilogy. Including the first season, the series is four parts that make up 起承転結 (see kishoutenketsu on Wiki). The first season would be ki, and the second includes shou, ten, and ketsu.

Season 2 has been pretty disappointing. Although it's not a bad anime by any means. It's my fault for expecting too much since season 1 was so amazing to me. Ten was better than Shou so maybe Ketsu will also follow that trend. Anyways, I'm excited to see the conclusion to Durarara!! (excluding Durarara!! SH of course).

Well, at least it's ending and that will be final. It's pretty obvious they could have only managed this return by doing the three split cours, because 36 straight episodes might have killed the staff.
