Music Producer Porter Robinson Teases 'Shelter' Animation Project With A-1 Pictures

Music producer and DJ Porter Robinson posted on Twitter on Friday a teaser for a "Shelter the Animation" project with anime studio A-1 Pictures.

Robinson additionally posted a Twitter post about the project in Japanese that lists the staff. Robinson is credited as the scriptwriter and executive producer, and Toshifumi Akai (animation director on Magi: The Kingdom of Magic, Toradora!, Kokoro Connect) is credited as the director. Megumi Kouno (chief animation director for The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) is credited as the character designer, and voice actress Sachika Misawa is credited as a cast member.
The Japanese and English Twitter posts both state that the animation project will release on October 18.
Robinson and Madeon released a song titled "Shelter" in August.
