Aniplus Asia's Fire Force Anime Simulcast Premieres on July 6

Southeast Asian anime channel Aniplus-Asia announced on Thursday that its simulcast of the television anime of Atsushi Ohkubo's Fire Force (En En no Shōbōtai) manga will premiere on July 6 at 2:00 a.m. GMT +8, with an encore airing every Saturday at 8:30 p.m. GMT +8.
The anime will premiere in Japan on July 5 at 25:25 (effectively July 6 at 1:25 a.m.) as the first title in the "Super Animeism" programming block on MBS, TBS, and other channels.
Yuki Yase (Mekaku City Actors, Hidamari Sketch × Honeycomb) is directing the anime at david production (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Cells at Work!). Yamato Haishima is in charge of the series scripts, and Hideyuki Morioka (Kizumonogatari, Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei) is designing the characters. Mrs. Green Apple will perform the anime's opening theme song "Inferno."
