Pop Circuit Hosts Spark Anime Festival from July 2-17

Pop Circuit announced on Thursday that it will host the Spark Anime Festival from July 2-17 at VR Mall, Chennai. The festival will take place "surrounding the release of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama."
The Jujutsu Kaisen 0 anime film will open in India on June 30. The movie ended its run in Japanese theaters on May 29, after 157 days at the box office, selling 9.80 million tickets. The movie is the highest-earning film at the Japanese box office from the 2021 calendar year, after surpassing Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon A Time.
The 4K remaster of the Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama (Ramayana - Rama Ouji Densetsu) anime film launched this year, which is the 70th anniversary year of India-Japan diplomatic relations. The anime film premiered in 1992, the 40th anniversary year of India-Japan diplomatic relations.
